Plan 1-3952-4 is a large one-story open plan that is luxurious and functional. This house has a large primary suite and four bedrooms with 5.5 baths, for a total of 3,952 Square Feet. There is a separate office in the front of this layout. The plan has a side-loaded three-car garage. Enjoy a lot of covered outdoor living space.

This plan has the option to include Structural Engineering. Please call for details. Engineering is for Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, California, Texas, and Arizona. Engineering is done by an outside engineering firm. Custom Your Way Design, LLC is not liable for any structural design, plans, specifications, or calculations. Additional costs may be required for site-specific variables. Please allow an estimated 2 to 3 weeks for site-specific engineering and customization.
