This plan is a 1195 sq. ft. 2 story cabin home has a three bedrooms. This Cabin plan is a great plan for a vacation home, or mountain setting.

This plan has the option to include Structural Engineering. Please call for details. Engineering is for Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, California, Texas, and Arizona. Engineering is done by an outside engineering firm. Custom Your Way Design, LLC is not liable for any structural design, plans, specifications, or calculations. Additional costs may be required for site-specific variables. Please allow an estimated 2 to 3 weeks for site-specific engineering and customization.

Note: Artist Rendering may show features and options that are not on the plans. Custom Your Way Design has the right to change features and options without consent or notice. This product requires the address of the building site for plans to be updated and processed. This purchase is for a one-time build.  Each time this plan is built, a separate purchase of the plan is required. Plan order does not include plan revisions. Plan does not include updates for site-specific requirements such as a daylight basement, tall crawl space, height limitations, setback, codes, etc. Plan is designed to the IRC Code. This plan will be delivered electronically. Physical copies are not included. Plans may be printed in unlimited quantities at your local print shop. See Terms and Conditions for additional details.
