There is no attached garage with this home. This home was designed with old world charm and modern convenience all wrapped into one. There is a parlor, living room and Great Room all on the main level. Also included is a covered outdoor living space.

This plan has the option to include Structural Engineering. Please call for details. Engineering is for Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, California, Texas, and Arizona. Engineering is done by an outside engineering firm. Custom Your Way Design, LLC is not liable for any structural design, plans, specifications, or calculations. Additional costs may be required for site-specific variables. Please allow an estimated 2 to 3 weeks for site-specific engineering and customization.
